A frontside footplant: grab the board, remove the front foot from the heel-side rail, boost, and place it back before re-entry.

Boneless One

Grab the board frontside (tuck-knee), take the front foot off the heel-side rail, and boost off the planted foot.
Place the foot back on the board and release the grab well before dropping back into the ramp.
