Start with the website. The app tasks are optional.

One task at a time

  1. Open your tester dashboard

    Sign in to keep your reports together. Choose a task and read its steps and expected result.

  2. Follow the task

    Open its link and try the feature on your own device. Note the step where anything feels unclear or stops working.

  3. Come back and report

    Return to the dashboard and choose Yes, No or Skipped. Add what happened and what you expected. You can view your report history there.

Your reports are private to you and authorized Skate Labs staff. The team reviews your feedback; submitting a report does not verify that a feature passed.

  1. Open the website and use the menu to reach THE ARK.
  2. Search for a trick or video, open a result and return.
  3. Check that text and controls fit without moving the whole page sideways.

What should happen. Menu and links work, and results remain readable on your screen.

Find a trick and watch a tutorial

Try the filters, a trick detail and a lesson player.

See the steps
  1. Open TRICKS and change the category and level.
  2. Open Kickflip or another trick with an available lesson.
  3. Try pausing the animation when present, open the tutorial and return to the trick.

What should happen. Filters change the list and the lesson opens with a way back. An unavailable animation should be labeled as coming.

Explore the 3D board

Check the scene and its controls on your device.

See the steps
  1. Open the board lab and wait for it to load.
  2. Tap Deck, search Baker and select an available part.
  3. Refresh the page and check that the selection remains in the URL and on the board. Report a scene or control that does not respond.

What should happen. You can select a part and restore it when reloading its URL, with reachable controls.

Your Skate Labs account

ONE ACCOUNT. YOUR REPORTS.

New here? Open the dashboard and continue with email, phone, Google, Apple or X to create your Skate Labs account. Email and phone use a six-digit sign-in code.

You do not need a Skate Labs invitation code to join the tester program. A sign-in code verifies your email or phone; game invitations and referral links have other purposes.

Want to test the app too? Install the beta for your device, open it and sign in with the same Skate Labs account. Then return to the tester dashboard for the app tasks.

All installation options

Store access may depend on your account, device or available beta places. A store link does not guarantee installation. If access is blocked, report the blocker or skip the app task and continue on the web.

The native beta is for adults 18+. Read the policies in the app and accept only if you agree and meet its requirements. The tester program does not accept them for you.

Record your installed app version and build when reporting a problem. Navigation can differ between builds; follow the labels you actually see.
