Ride up frontside, plant the back foot on the coping while grabbing the tail and extending the front leg, then jump back on.

At the lip, take the back foot off and plant it on the deck-side coping while grabbing the tail and kicking the front leg out straight.
Pause briefly, then jump the rear foot back onto the board and drop in.
