どんな技？

A slide done from the upside-down casper position — the board slides on its side/edge with one foot under it.

Casper Slide

Enter the casper position (board on its edge, one foot underneath) onto the ledge and slide along the board's edge.
The balancing act is extreme; at the end, flip the board back under the feet and land.
