這是什麼

An aerial with a half rotation: on flat it's the 180 ollie; on transition the rider lands going forward. A backside 180 from fakie is a half-cab.

怎麼做

Ride up the transition (or pop flatground), turn the shoulders and let the board follow 180 degrees.
On vert the landing is forward; on flat it's fakie.
Keep the rotation level and land with the shoulders aligned.
