A freestyle balance trick: the rider balances upside down on the head and hands with the board held at the feet.

Headstand

The rider crouches, places the crown of the head and both hands on the ground in a tripod, and kicks the legs up with the board held against the feet.
Weight is shared between head and hands.
The rider lowers the legs to step back onto the board.
