A nosegrind with the nose angled across the obstacle and the tail kicked up high — one of street skating's signature grinds.

Crooked Grind

Ollie into a nosegrind but angle the board so the nose points across the ledge and the tail rises steeply.
The front truck locks in at an angle; balance over the nose with the back foot light, then pop out at the end.
