คืออะไร

A nosegrab or melon grab with the front foot planted from the heel edge of the board — invented by Neil Blender ('lien' is Neil backwards).

Bean Plant

Plant the front foot on the coping from the heel edge while grabbing nosegrab or melon.
Boost off the planted foot, return it to the board, and release the grab to drop back in — most commonly done to fakie.
